DayJa Gillespie-Cash
Hey there! I’m DayJa, your Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Bloome Wellness. It’s a honor to be trusted with your journey.
I’m here to help you (and your relationships) make sense of life’s twists and turns, looking at you as a whole (mind, body, and emotions) because you’re not just a problem to solve, you’re a person to understand.
I see you because I’ve been where you are.
I created this space for people who’ve felt overlooked, hurt, or let down by therapy in the past and for those who are just beginning and don’t know where to start.
You might be coming in with hesitation, frustration, or a little bit of hope. That’s okay. I hold space for all of it.
My approach is collaborative, emotionally focused, and rooted in evidence-based care. I believe in creating a relationship where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. We’ll move at your pace.
I’m honored to walk with you.
Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious business. We’ll share some laughs and have open honest conversations while we work through the heavy stuff together.
Change is tough, but I promise, you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s make therapy a space where you can find growth, healing, and maybe even a little joy along the way!
I work with adults (18+) navigating grief, loss, or challenges in their relationships whether you’re new to therapy, returning after a break, or processing past experiences that left you feeling stuck or unheard. My focus is on creating a collaborative, person-centered space where you can reflect, grow, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most. This space is affirming for neurodivergent individuals and anyone seeking clarity, healing, or guidance through life’s transitions.
