We offer both in-person and online therapy options for your convenience. Whether you’re at home or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, we can provide therapy remotely via secure video calls. In-person sessions are also available for those who prefer face-to-face interaction. Let us know your preference when scheduling, and we’ll accommodate you. Virtual session requires FL residence.

It's completely normal to feel nervous. Our therapist create a warm, supportive environment where you can express yourself freely, at your own pace.
How long does therapy usually last?
Therapy duration varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from just a few sessions, while others may choose ongoing therapy. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your schedule. We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us time to offer that session slot to another client in need. If you miss a session without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We’re flexible, though, and will work with you to find a time that works.

Walk and Talk Therapy is a unique form of therapy that takes place outdoors, where clients walk and talk with their therapist in a natural, calming environment. This approach combines the benefits of physical movement with traditional talk therapy to promote mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being.
Can I still talk about serious issues during a Walk and Talk session?
Absolutely! Walk and Talk Therapy provides a relaxed, open space for addressing any concerns you may have. The outdoor setting can sometimes make it easier to process difficult emotions and have meaningful conversations.
How long is a Walk and Talk Therapy session?
Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your preferences and needs. We can adjust the duration to ensure you get the most out of the experience.
