Our Walk and Talk Therapy services were born from my passion for blending physical wellness with mental health. With a background in personal training and nutrition coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how body movement can positively impact the mind. By combining the therapeutic benefits of walking with the insights gained from therapy, we provide a holistic approach to mental wellness.

Movement is medicine for both the body and the mind. This approach integrates mindful movement to help you process emotions, reduce stress, and feel more in tune with your body. No fitness experience is required just a willingness to move in ways that feel good for you (Walk + Talk Therapy).
